WE SET HIGHER STANDARDS
We work hard to empower our clients with knowledge to have the best possible experience in our studio. Below, you will find information about your safety, health, and overall comfort, which we hope will be helpful and prepare you for your next visit to Ornato Piercing!
While in our studio, we ask that you respect and not disturb others. We do not tolerate the use of abusive, hateful, offensive, or obscene language.
All clients must present their identification upon arrival at the studio, even if they have presented it on previous visits.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to provide the service you booked. The service will be cancelled and you will be charged. Delays in providing a service affect services for subsequent clients. Repeated delays may lead to a permanent ban on making new bookings.
Visiting the studio within 4 hours of your last meal will significantly reduce the likelihood of feeling dizzy or nauseous before, during, or after the procedure. This applies to any procedure, including stretching or even jewellery insertion.
We understand that it's important to bring someone with you for support during the procedure, but if you do, we ask that you bring only one person, if possible. Our studio is too small to accommodate large groups, so we ask that you take the space limitations into consideration. The presence of a legal guardian is mandatory for piercings in minors, and we recommend bringing a companion for nipple piercings.
We request that adults visiting the studio with minors ensure that they are supervised at all times, both at the reception desk and in the procedure room. Only minors whose age is equal to or greater than the minimum age for the procedure being performed are permitted in the procedure room.
When visiting our studio, we ask that you do not touch any of the jewellery. Our team will be happy to help you closely examine our jewellery options and determine if a particular piece is the most suitable for you.
While in our studio, please do not touch or remove your jewellery for any reason. We understand that you may not do this intentionally or may not even realize you are doing it, but by touching your jewellery, any bacteria that may be present in it will spread to any surface or object you come into contact with. Just as bacteria from other people who touched their jewellery before you arrived at our studio can potentially come into contact with you. Although our team takes exhaustive measures to maintain a clean and sanitized environment, by not touching your jewellery, you help us eliminate the potential for cross-contamination and the spread of germs. If you need to remove your jewellery, one of our team members will be happy to assist you.
We only ask that anyone wishing to get a piercing or have jewellery put in, maintain good hygiene, as a courtesy to our staff and other clients.
We require all clients to be sober and not under the influence of drugs in order for us to provide our services. If any member of our team suspects you are under the influence of any substance, we will ask you to return another day. We will, however, charge for the service.
If you are sick or not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment for another day! If you arrive at our studio with symptoms of illness, we will reschedule your appointment and charge you for the service.
If you are pregnant, your body is currently undergoing significant changes, both physical and hormonal. These changes have a significant impact on the healing of your piercing. Therefore, we ask that you only schedule the service at least three months after giving birth. If you are breastfeeding, we ask that you schedule the service after you stop breastfeeding.
If you begin to feel weak, nauseous, or simply unwell before, during, or after the procedure, inform the professional immediately. All members of our team are trained in first aid/CPR and will be happy to assist you in these situations.
When you arrive at our studio, feel free to ask our team any questions! At Ornato Piercing, we believe it's our obligation to empower our clients with the knowledge that will lead them to have the best possible piercing experience. We want you to have a piercing you like and feel confident in, so we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about how and why we do piercings a certain way, what material our jewellery is made of, etc. We are very proud of our clients and love sharing what we've learned over years of study, training, and experience.

Levamos muito a sério a segurança dos nossos clientes. Todas as nossas ferramentas são de grau hospitalar, de uso único e esterilizadas. Vêm seladas de fábrica, são abertas à frente do cliente e são descartadas após o procedimento.
Todos os nossos profissionais têm formação certificada e estão imbuídos de conhecimento adquirido por anos de experiência. Os profissionais estão em constante estudo e aprendizagem, que os levam a adoptar os mais recentes e seguros procedimentos. Sempre que tenhamos um aprendiz em formação no nosso estúdio, tal será comunicado ao cliente e o procedimento será sempre acompanhado por um profissional com experiência.
Fornecemos instruções adequadas a cada tipo de piercing. As nossas instruções são claras e simples de seguir. Nunca iremos recomendar o uso de medicamentos, pomadas ou outros produtos que são prejudiciais à cicatrização do piercing.
As nossas joias são provenientes de fornecedores de referência no mercado do piercing. Apenas usamos joias certificadas e compostas por materiais biocompatíveis. As joias são sempre as mais adequadas ao piercing e à anatomia do cliente. O uso de joias corretas é essencial para a boa cicatrização do piercing e para evitar reações alérgicas, que podem levar a complicações graves.
Apesar de, teoricamente, ser possível fazer um piercing em qualquer zona do corpo, há certas perfurações que são perigosas. Tanto porque afetam a mobilidade ou porque afetam negativamente a zona ao redor da perfuração. Por esse motivo os nossos profissionais não fazem perfurações que consideram ser perigosas, mesmo que tal seja o desejo do cliente.
A transparência é muito importante para nós e acreditamos que é um direito do cliente. Todos os certificados de formação dos nossos profissionais e os certificados de qualidade das nossas joias são de livre consulta por qualquer cliente. Também disponibilizamos os certificados de teste da autoclave. Esses testes são feitos periodicamente para certificar que as joias são devidamente esterilizadas.
Fazemos questão de acompanhar cada cliente na sua jornada de cicatrização. Damos um acompanhamento próximo, com avisos e recomendações periódicas, e estamos sempre disponíveis para qualquer dúvida ou esclarecimento.
A sala de procedimento e a área de expositores de joias são limpas, higienizadas e desinfetadas após cada cliente. Levamos muito a sério a assepsia do estúdio.
